Why do you need TWO sets of keys?
One set stays at the office for impromptu visits and one set stays with your daily dog walker.

What are my payment options?
We accept cash, check, money order, or credit.  We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AMEX, and Pay Pal.  
 
What if I have a tempermental dog?
It is for this reason that we have an initial meet and greet for every client to make sure every dog and walker feel comfortable with each other.  We strive to accommodate all types of dogs!
 
How far in advance do I need to schedule a walk?
Ideally one day before, but we understand that emergencies arise.  Therefore, we will always try our best to cater to whatever dilemma you encounter. 
 
Is there a cancellation policy?
No, but we obviously do not want to show up at your home and not be needed.  So, please try and give us as much notice as you can.  We appreciate it!
